Travel Policy Payment

Currently there two is option to settle the payment for the policies. This can be configured on Sales Project level, there is no way to control it within the request separately.

Either way, we will discuss this matter for each Sales Partner individually, because of the complexity of this feature.

Online Payment

For particular insurance packages an online payment system is available by OTP bank. In the policy creation response a payment link will be returned, where you have to redirect the customer to. After a successful payment, the customer will be redirected to our website, and the finalised insurance policy will be displayed.

We do not recommend this option, as it's pretty difficult to achieve a good customer experience with this multiple redirection.

Integrated into an ecommerce platform

The other option is include the insurance into your own checkout flow. For this, we will return the exact price of the insurance, so you will be able to add it to the customer's basket. The payment will be made trough your system, and the finances will be sorted out between the Sales Partner and Vern later on.
